The Quality Management System developed by Arcadia, Inc. for software design, development, testing and delivery has been certified to operate in compliance with international standard ISO 9001:2000. The certification process was performed by ACERT Bureau according to international rules and norms of ISO/IEC G62_2 and EN 45012.

Software Outsourcing Summit 2003 in St.- Petersburg.

The Software Outsourcing Summit is organized by the "Fort Ross Information Technology Services" consortium and the National Software Development Association "RUSSOFT". The Summit took place in the "Gelios" hotel in Zelenogorsk, a picturesque suburb of Saint Petersburg. Over 500 representatives of software development companies and IT associations has attended the Summit. This year, the Summit took place for the third time. It is the largest event in the areas of IT outsourcing, offshore software development, and international IT co-operation in Russia.

Arcadia, Inc. is an information sponsor of the Summit. Arcady Khotin, the president of Arcadia, Inc., moderated the roundtable discussion "Overcoming the cultural differences, Russia-Scandinavia Case Study" that has been held in the frameworks of the "High Tech Solutions from Russia" panel.

Arcadia, Inc. had a great success at the COMDEX exhibition. We are happy to see that interest in our services from Swedish companies has grown dramatically over the last couple of years. COMDEX once more demonstrated that software development outsourcing indeed becomes one of the main global trends in the IT industry of the 21st century.

COMDEX Nordic Conference is the biggest international IT conference in the Nordic countries with speakers from all over the world. COMDEX Nordic has received an enormous interest and attention. A majority of the leading companies and the most important players within the IT business participate in it.

COMDEX Nordic by all means is the leading international IT event in the Nordic countries this year.

Software Outsourcing Summit 2001
There have been 28 speeches from Russian (10) and foreign (18) participants.
On the 1st of June 4 panel discussions took place. They were as follows:
1) "Problems of outsourcing – customer and service provider perspectives"

Moderators – Robert Williams and Arcady Khotin (“Arcadia”, Saint-Petersburg)

There were about 150 participants. They discussed problems that hamper the development of software outsourcing business in Russia. They also formulated advice for the government of Russian Federation for creating favorable conditions for off-shore software development.
